3. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AUDIO AND CONTENT CAPTURE
Due to the nature of THE CONTENT BAR's services, we regularly capture and process photographs, video footage, audio recordings and other content featuring identifiable individuals.
This may include clients, wedding couples, wedding parties, guests, event attendees, employees, models, talent, influencers, customers and other individuals present at a location where content is being captured.
We collect and use this content primarily for the purpose of providing the photography, videography, content creation or production services for which we have been engaged.
Depending on the engagement and permissions obtained, content may also be used for purposes including editing, delivery, client marketing, social media publication, portfolio use, THE CONTENT BAR's own marketing or promotional activities, or other purposes agreed with the relevant client or individual.
Where consent, a release or other permission is required for a particular use, we will seek to obtain that permission as appropriate.
Clients engaging THE CONTENT BAR to capture events, workplaces, venues or other environments involving third parties are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions or consents required from attendees, employees, guests, talent or other individuals where this responsibility forms part of the client's engagement with us.
4. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect personal information directly from you when you:
contact or communicate with us;
submit an enquiry or booking form;
engage THE CONTENT BAR to provide services;
complete a questionnaire, brief or onboarding document;
participate in a meeting, consultation, content shoot, wedding, event or production;
communicate with our photographers, videographers or other team members;

AI Tools may be used to assist with activities such as research, brainstorming, content ideation, creative development, drafting, editing, transcription, captioning, summarisation, image or video processing, organisation of content, workflow automation and administrative tasks.
Where personal information is handled in connection with an AI Tool, we will take reasonable steps to ensure its collection, use and disclosure is consistent with applicable privacy laws and the purpose for which the information was originally collected, or otherwise authorised by you or permitted by law.
We take reasonable steps to minimise the personal information provided to AI Tools and, where appropriate, remove, de-identify or limit personal information before using those tools. We take particular care in relation to sensitive information.
We may use third-party AI service providers. Depending on the provider, information processed through an AI Tool may be handled or stored on infrastructure located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps when selecting and using these providers to consider their privacy, confidentiality, security and data-handling practices.
AI Tools may also form part of third-party photography, videography, editing, design, transcription, cloud storage or content production software used in our ordinary creative workflows.
We do not rely solely on generative AI outputs for decisions that could reasonably be expected to significantly affect an individual's rights or interests. Where AI assists our work, appropriate human oversight and review will be applied having regard to the nature of the activity.
If THE CONTENT BAR introduces an automated decision-making system that uses personal information to make decisions that could reasonably be expected to significantly affect an individual's rights or interests, we will provide the transparency required under applicable Australian privacy law.
AI-generated or AI-assisted material may be reviewed, amended or verified by our team before being used or delivered as part of our services.

Photography, video footage, audio and other creative assets may be stored using local devices, hard drives, cloud storage, editing platforms, online galleries, file-transfer services and other digital systems used as part of our production workflow.
Where reasonable and appropriate, we take steps to restrict access to client content to THE CONTENT BAR team members, contractors and service providers who require access to perform their role.
Clients should download and securely retain their final delivered content in accordance with the terms of their booking or service agreement.
THE CONTENT BAR does not guarantee indefinite storage or archival of raw footage, photographs, project files or final delivered content unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE AND STORAGE
Some third-party platforms and service providers used by THE CONTENT BAR may store or process information outside Australia.
This may include providers of cloud hosting, file storage and transfer services, editing software, social media platforms, analytics software, communication software and AI technologies.
The countries in which information may be processed can vary depending on the providers and infrastructure used from time to time.
Where Australian privacy laws relating to cross-border disclosure apply, we will take reasonable steps to ensure overseas disclosures are handled consistently with those requirements.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA AND PORTFOLIO CONTENT
